FALA Graduation Potluck

IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO BRING A LAST MINUTE ITEM PLEASE BRING A SIDE OR MAIN DISH. WE DON’T NEED ANY MORE DESSERTS!

We are asking everyone to bring their best potluck dish to the upcoming Graduation Ceremony to help make the event great! Please bring enough to serve you and your guests.  Refer to the bottom of this page for specific potluck item instructions. Use the form to the right to tell us what you’d like to bring. As we get submissions, we will be posting them below so that you can see what others are bringing (and we don’t end up with 40 pans of enchiladas). We are a little short on side dishes. We have a large graduation cake and don’t need any more desserts. It would be great, if someone has access to a coffee urn, to have coffee to serve with dessert. Thank you!

More Information

Timing of Event:  All dishes need to arrive by 5 pm at the potluck area (at Coconino Community College in the Commons). They will be taken care of by helpful volunteers.

Serving Plates and Utensils:  Please include serving utensils with your dish.  CLEARLY LABEL all items with your Name and Phone Number so that nothing gets lost. In the past there have been many items left behind and no way to figure out who they belonged to.

Labeling Your Dish: We would like to strongly encourage you to Label Your Dish with a small index card that tells people the Name of the Dish and its ingredients. There are many people with allergies (like Gluten, Eggs, Peanuts, …) and so having “Key Allergies” on your label would be very helpful.
