School Registration Days | Volunteers Needed
The School Registration Days occur every year approximately one week before school begins. It typically is three days where every student/family needs to come down to the school to fill out paperwork, firm up their classes, pay their school fees, and make sure that everything is ready for them to begin their school year.

At the Event: We will need 3 to 4 volunteers to be at the event during the following time frames. You do NOT have to commit to an entire day or series of days (unless you wish to). We plan to break down the volunteer times to match the schedule each day. So, if you can only do a “shift” on a day or days, that is fine.
Tuesday, August 2nd: 9:30-11:30 Seniors / 12:30-2:30 Juniors
Wednesday, August 3rd: 9:30-11:30 Sophomore / 12:30-2:30 Freshman
Thursday, August 4th: 9:30-11:30 8th Grade / 12:30- 2:30 7th grade
The volunteers at the event will be doing two functions:
- Helping the Administration run the event including setup/takedown, helping parents/students, etc…
- Manning our “Volunteer Table” which will have flyers telling people about our organization, charts/maps to signup for the Carpool Program, and getting people to signup electronically for our Email List (on our Homepage).
Prep Work: There will be a number of things we hope to help with prior to the event like creating flyers, organizing things with Dean Crawley, etc… So, if you can’t be at the event itself, but like doing more office/clerical oriented work, we’d love the help on that too.
